Communication with shareholders and investors

NOK holds financial results briefings twice a year, in May (full term) and November (interim term). In previous years, we held financial results briefings for analysts, institutional investors, research institutions, the press, and financial institutions. In May 2020, however, we canceled these briefings in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. We released audio materials on our website. In November, we held a briefing session after taking all possible measures to prevent infection.
We also business report, securities reports, and Sustainability Reports as communication tools with shareholders and investors.
